Yingli to Supply 28 MW of Panels to Biggest China Utility

Yingli Green Energy Holding Co. (YGE), the largest solar-panel manufacturer, agreed to supply 28 megawatts of modules to China State Grid Corp. for a power plant in Hebei Province.

The panels will be delivered to the nation’s largest power distributor by the end of the fourth quarter, Baoding, China-based Yingli said today in a statement. Terms of the deal weren’t disclosed.
