JinkoSolar Supplies 1.2 Megawatts of Panels for Chile Project

JinkoSolar Holding Co., a Chinese solar-panel maker that in August posted its first profit since 2011, supplied 1.2 megawatts of the equipment to a project in Chile’s Coquimbo region.

SolaireDirect Chile began selling power from the project in June on the spot energy market and to mining companies, Shangrao, China-based JinkoSolar said today in a statement.
