Pentair LTD. earlier this month were awarded projects to supply equipment and technology to convert sea water to fresh water in desalination facilities in India and Saudi Arabia, as well as Morocco and Oman. Such projects will help deliver more than 500 million liters of clean water daily and meet the growing need for clean water in water-scarce regions.

Pentair’s products and technologies including their X-Flow ultrafiltration membranes, CodeLine membrane housings, Vanessa and Keystone valves, and Biffi and Alpha-Max actuators among others will be used for the projects.
