Are you facing problems with soot, ash and scale build up in your boiler?

Explosion Power Hong Kong promotes two main products: Manual off- and on-load boiler cleaning services; and the supply, installation, and maintenance of the Explosion Generator, manufactured in Switzerland by our parent company Explosion Power GmbH, and worldwide distributed by the Clyde Bergemann Power Group. In China we operate through our wholly owned subsidiary B&C Environmental Technology (Shenzhen) Co. Ltd.  击洁环保技术(深圳)有限公司

Both of our products are based on the detonation-combustion of easily available gases: Ethane(C2H6), and Oxygen – and the resulting pressure- or shock-waves, which impact on soot, ash, scale or other deposits on water tubes, boiler walls and ducts, together with strong vibrations induced on the respective parts break up also hard deposits and cause them to fall off – for evacuation through the plant’s fixed ash handling system.

The core technology has been patented and trademarked under the name bang&clean® and it has been applied very successfully in Europe for over ten years. It is now also rapidly gaining ground in USA, China, and Japan. Main users are waste-to-energy plants, mid-sized coal-fired power plants for boiler walls and tubes, absorbers, and ESPs;  cement and pulp mills; and CCGT plants for their HRSGs.

In addition to cleaning boilers with bang&clean®, we strongly recommend to apply gas explosion cleaning technology for the prevention of ash build-ups to improve overall average thermal efficiencies, and to reduce downtime for cleaning by installing sets of Explosion Generators, which distributed exclusively by the Clyde Bergemann Power Group, the leading global provider of intelligent solutions for the operation and maintenance of boilers. Explosion Power Hong Kong is currently finalizing arrangements with Clyde Bergemann to act as an agent for Explosion Generators in China.
